Bridge End Garden will always hold a special place in our hearts because it was Aaron's favourite place in the world. When we moved to Saffron Walden, the gardens became somewhere we visited all the time no matter the weather. We would wander through the beautiful flowers and fruit trees, explore the Citrus House, and spend what felt like forever in the maze.

Dad enjoyed Bridge End Garden all his life. In latter years he would regularly go down to the gardens, even on his mobility scooter, and come back with reports of what he had seen, season by season, from the first aconites and snowdrops of spring to the last leaves blowing off the trees as winter arrived.
